no matter where you live or how much it affects you directly please sign this petition [link] it is to lift the Ban on Bat Rehabilitation in Pennsylvania and we need more signatures (3000 total in the next few months)... bat populations in PA are dropping at a dangerous rate due to a fungle infection. the states policy is currently to kill bats who are infected to "study" then when most of the bats are releasable with some minor rehabilitation. please help
